I applied for a long term lease of an unfurnished room at worst hotel in manila acl suites review. It was a wreck. peeling paint, balcony that overlooked a courtyard that everyone apparently uses as as a communal rubbish heap, but but it was close to my my new job. Even the fact the building used to be a se X hookup motel with hourly rentals, I figured, ok, sure, its surrounded by nasty looking shanties, but can't beat a short walk and quezon city isnt a flood zone. I convinced myself to go for it.Unfortunately, the owners of this property, acl suites, the worst hotel in manila review, seem to have gone from charging people to screw, to screwing clients over and charging them for the privilege!
Having paid, little by little the insane 45, 000 peso ($1000) deposit required to move in until I had but until i had but 3k left, the company I worked for denied me a permanent contract and went and held my paychecks paychecks.... (I'll come back and link to THAT review later btw) with which I was going to move in. Doesn't matter that the contract specifies full refund in case of "events beyond a person's control". They refuse to return it.
Stay away from these guys. The staff is nice... when they're not joking and smiling around. I dont hold it against them. for 400 php a day they deserve respect just for getting out of bed in the first place!
At the end of the day, this is just Just another greedy property management company that will twist the fine print to squeeze you, a fair target since you are a foreigner who of course EVERYBODY knows has money dripping out of his ears. Let's keep his every last penny, after all, cash just RAINS DOWN ON WHITE PEOPLE FROM THE SKY doesn't it?

I was willing to ignore it due to close location to work.... but, really, guys, the smell from the toilets is REVOLTing even by manila's lax standards. It's like a cloud of swamp gas after every flush. There's also weird old metal pipes just hanging through the walls and judging from the water stains on on the paint, I'm almost happy that I won't be moving into acl suites review the worst hotel in manila after all. Stay away from these jerkoffs.
